Hi!

My name is Delice Mukazi, but everyone calls me Dédé; a name that my mom gave me when I was few minutes old.
A little about me: I am a Christian and I love the Lord so deep. Praying and reading the Gospel bring me peace and give me strength to keep going, no matter what life throws at me.
I am naturally a quiet person, though my corporate life often requires me to talk—sometimes a lot. Writing, however, is my true outlet, and it’s where I express myself most freely. Both writing and reading are my therapy, my refuge.
I cherish silence and tranquil places. Crowded spaces are not my thing, and I feel the same about people who are loud or overly talkative—they drain my energy. I enjoy exploring, whether it’s a simple walk in the neighborhood or traveling to new cities or countries. These experiences remind me how small I am in this vast world and how expansive life truly is. Music is another love of mine. You’ll often find me dancing alone in my room, moving like nobody’s watching. My favorite genres are Gospel, soul, jazz, house music, and old-school classics-karahanyuze.
What else? Well, I’m an introvert, a tea lover, an admirer of flowers and cozy places. Ooh, I am also unapologetically addicted to chocolates.

This space is my haven—where I talk the most, share my thoughts on life, and recount some of my experiences. It’s where I connect with others and offer a glimpse into my world.
